Echoing Field is a co-production involving dance, interactive media and sound art. The project was conceived during Klangkörper series of collaborative performances based on an exploration of timbre in movement. The first performance Taming the Void was showcased at Nikolaj Kunsthal, Copenhagen, where a dialogue was initiated between different forms of expressions such as contemporary dance, sound art and video. The aim of the project is to make interconnection between people, objects and bodies to address contemporary sociopolitical crises advocating for collective action. The performance project continues the cross-pollination between arts and science in the upcoming co-production to be performed at Weltkunstzimmer, Düsseldorf (2020 – 2021). In this new coproduction, the aim is to address the urgent issues of environmental and climate crisis.
