San Lorenzo

San Lorenzo is an inter-media installation produced in collaboration with Fondazione Studio Marangoni, Firenze. The installation employs projection of sound and still image in formalising personalized ways to intervene, mediate and represent the busiest urban area ‘San Lorenzo’ in downtown Firenze (Florence). The images are looped on a number of video‐screens, and the sound composition reconstructs the essential locative atmosphere in a multi‐speaker set up within the installation space.

The installation was exhibited for a month at Palazzo Medici Riccardi in Firenze, Italy, May 2008.
